Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the highest quality pet products. However, due to hygiene concerns, including pet dander and potential allergens, we are unable to accept returns on pet items.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt for assistance.  We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
